To ensure that all seafarers maintain the high standards that our clients are accustomed to, appraisals are regularly carried out and closely monitored.
Cost Efficient
As a client of Delta Marine, you can expect to benefit from our Accounts Service as standard. This includes facilitating the pay allotments and salaries for personnel which where eligible, can be paid using our offshore facility.
We will also apply for and arrange all Flag state licences on your behalf. This work will be carried out by qualified and experienced personnel in accordance with flag state and STCW requirements.
Personalised Crewing Services
We traditionally supply British or European Senior Officers complimented by Junior Officers and Ratings from the Philippines. However, with our vast choice of seafarers, with Delta Marine, you can be confident that we have the resources to meet your specific requirements. In fact we pride ourselves on our flexibility, and we will adapt to take into account any range of circumstances including but not limited to an alteration in the type and/or quantity of vessels as well as changing trade patterns.
