All of our crews and officers are carefully selected to meet the specific requirements of Owners and vessel types. Extensive interviews and testing techniques are undertaken to ensure you will have Competent, highly trained and reliable ships personnel.

We employ personnel from our own pool of staff which include;

Generally our crews consist of British or European Senior Officers and Junior Officers and Ratings from the Philippines . However any combination of Officers and crew can be put together based on your specific requirements. 

Command of English

English and understanding is tested to high standard before assigning to a vessel using Marlins and first hand interview techniques to ensure speaking and command of English is high.
